How can I register for my arcona?

You can simply register at any time at my arcona. There are no admission criteria - every guest is welcome to become a member if he/she is over 18 years old. Please fill in all the required fields. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after registration. By registering, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions for the my arcona customer loyalty program.

When do the my arcona benefits apply?

There are differences between the benefits of a direct booking and the benefits during your stay. If you register with my arcona during your stay in one of our hotels, you can benefit from the hotel services on offer. However, the discount on the room rate only applies to your next stay once you have made a direct booking on our website, by e-mail or telephone. Also excluded are extensions or changes to an existing booking prior to registering for my arcona, as well as discounts for contract rates from tour operators, direct marketers and conference and group rates.

Is participation free of charge?

Yes, it is. By registering, you agree to receive regular promotions and advertising from the hotels and their services, from arcona Management GmbH, as well as congratulations on your birthday.

How will I be informed in the future?

By registering with my arcona, you will automatically be included in our arcona Hotels [&] Resorts newsletter, through which we will inform you regularly about offers and news. You will also receive relevant future customer communications relating to the activities as a member of my arcona.

What can I do in my personal login area?

You can view all exclusive benefits and book them directly. You can also change your personal profile data, enter a new postal address or email address or share your personal interests and special needs.

Do I get a club card?

No, you will not receive a physical club card. In your private login area you will see a digital card with your personal membership number. You can use this to identify yourself on site at any time, although this is not necessary.

How can I cancel my membership?

You no longer want to be friends with us? We think that's a shame. To cancel your membership, simply send us a short email to myarcona@arcona.de and we will delete your membership directly. You can also delete it yourself in the members area.
