When is check-in/out possible?
Your room will be available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. at the latest.
Tip for your day of arrival: Until your room has been vacated by our housekeeping staff, you are welcome to use our swimming pool (changing rooms are available), visit our observation tower or have a drink in our "living room". You are welcome to use the lockers in the reception area for your luggage.
We also offer the following options:

Late Check-out
- Until 2 p.m. = 30 % of the daily rate (subject to availability)

Are parking spaces available at the hotel?
Sufficient parking spaces are available on our hotel grounds. Advance reservation is not necessary. The following charges apply when using the parking space:
- Outdoor parking space on the Vju hotel grounds: € 13 per night
- Parking space in the Villa Fortuna garage: € 20 per night
- Charging station for electric cars (parking space incl. service fee € 35 per night)

Are there parking facilities for bicycles or a bicycle rental service?
You have the option of locking up the bicycles you have brought with you in our bicycle garages. Please contact the reception staff. Charging stations for e-bike batteries are located in the lockers behind the reception. There are various bike rental companies in Ostseebad Göhren where you can hire bikes. Our reception staff will be happy to provide you with information.

Is there free Wi-Fi in the hotel?
Our Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge and without registration. Select the network "Vju Ruegen" and accept the terms of use. Guests of Villa Fortuna please register at our reception.

Are there spa treatments at the Vju Wellnesshotel on Rügen?
Our wellness team looks forward to your visit to the Vju Spa. Please make an appointment at our reception by 6 p.m. the day before at the latest. Due to the high demand, we recommend that you book your appointment before your arrival. You are welcome to use our online reservation.

Do you also offer yoga classes?
Two days a week, we invite you to a free yoga class. Whether you're an explorer, a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you'll be able to get your day off to a good start under professional guidance. Our staff in the spa and at reception will inform you about the dates and other yoga offers. Registration is not necessary.
On several dates a year, we offer yoga retreats on Rügen with various yoga teachers from all over Germany. Shielded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you will find time for yourself at our yoga retreats. Discover our yoga offers for your yoga weekend by the sea!

When and how often is the room cleaned?
Due to our location in the middle of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, we also want to do justice to the issue of sustainability. In order to reduce the use of cleaning agents and save energy and water resources, we carry out the classic room cleaning every second day. On all other days, we make your beds, empty the garbage can, refill toilet paper and facial tissues and change the towels lying on the floor.
With our environmental door sign, you can reduce classic room cleaning. If you only need a fresh towel or toiletries, please contact us. Our housekeeping staff are on duty on the floors every day from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m..
You can of course request that your room be cleaned at any time. Our reception staff will be happy to accommodate your request.

An extensive, lovingly prepared breakfast buffet awaits you every morning in the sunny winter garden of our Restaurant Strandläufer.

Can I bring my dog with me?
Your well-behaved dog is very welcome here. It is essential that you register your dog when you book. We ask dog owners to observe our house rules so that even people who have reservations about dogs can enjoy a relaxing vacation and our staff feel comfortable at work.
