Cancellation policy

Please note that treatment appointments reserved for you can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment. We ask for your understanding that we will have to charge 80% of the price if you cancel later. If you are unable to keep your appointment on time, please bear in mind that we cannot postpone your treatment time, which will shorten the treatment accordingly.
