In the hotel's own yoga studio, certified yoga instructor Cora Zen leads a varied class program several days a week. Whether Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, or meditation, her professionally guided sessions offer space for mindfulness, conscious movement, and new perspectives. In good weather, some classes are held outside on the terrace, with fresh sea air and expansive views of nature. The yoga studio is open to both Rügen locals and island guests who wish to practice regularly in a peaceful and inspiring environment. Participation in the classes is free for hotel guests during their stay.

About Cora

Cora Zen lives and teaches on the island of Rügen. As a certified yoga teacher with a wealth of heart, energy, and experience, she creates spaces where people can discover themselves with ease and curiosity. She has been practicing yoga since 2012. She is particularly influenced by the styles of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga. In her classes, she combines physical presence with conscious breathing, clarity with joy—never dogmatic, always human. If you're not in person, you can also experience Cora online: on YouTube, she regularly shares selected yoga sessions for at home or on the go.
