What are the conditions for children?

Children 0 to 6 years travel free of charge, children from 7 to 16 years pay € 65 for an extra bed in a double room incl. breakfast. From the age of 17, an extra bed in a double room is not possible. These conditions are only valid when booking hotel rooms with an occupancy of two adults and one child in a double room. If only one adult is booked in a double room, the conditions change. The conditions for children for vacation offers are available on request.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Dogs are very welcome in the house, they receive a small dog VIP welcome set (dog blanket, bowls and small snacks) on arrival, but they are not allowed in the restaurant (KITCHEN.BAR) or in the lounge and spa area. We charge €25 per day for your four-legged friend.

Is that music to your ears?

That may well be the case! Because our rooms facing the lake are always at the pulse of the promenade. The Brandenburg beach and the entire promenade on our doorstep is the venue for a variety of events and sporting events. We ask for your understanding if there is any noise during celebrations or during the set-up and dismantling of events.
