When the stress of everyday life catches up with you and you simply need a bit of relaxation, a break at the day spa on Sylt provides exactly the regeneration that your body and mind need. Enjoy the cozy warmth of our saunas, swim a few lengths in the panorama pool or let yourself be pampered with a spa treatment. You'll start the next day fit and relaxed.

In addition to house guests, our wellness area is also available to external guests at selected times. Please note that for capacity reasons, a reservation is necessary before your visit.
